A Message from
President of
Daiko Seiki Manufacturing

“Why not give it a try?”
That’s our motto at Daiko.

Hello—I’m Daisuke Endo of Daiko Seiki Manufacturing.
At our company, we often say, “Why not give it a try?” It’s the phrase that naturally comes out when we cheer on someone’s challenge, and it’s how I’ve approached my own work from the very beginning.

On the shop floor, things don’t always go as planned, and there often isn’t a single “right” answer. That’s exactly why taking the first step—trying, then learning from doing—matters so much. More than the outcome itself, it’s that willingness to move and how you act after the first step. I believe that spirit is what sustains manufacturing at Daiko.

We handle both prototyping and mass production in-house. Our equipment is solid, but what matters even more is that each of us keeps asking, “How can this be better?” and finds the answer with our own hands.

Most of all, we value people. When someone is stuck, we naturally reach out. When someone is taking on a challenge, we encourage them. Regardless of role or age, we aim to be a team that can talk openly and work together.

If even a small part of you wants to try manufacturing—if you want a job where you make things with your hands—please come and visit our factory. See it, hear it, feel it. I’m confident something will start to move for you.

I look forward to the day we meet as future teammates.

President, Daiko Seiki Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Daisuke Endo
